Learn Teach Explore Sp z o. o. ("LTE", "we" or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of both children and adults. This Privacy Policy describes our collection and use of personal information collected from visitors ("Users" or "you") to our website located at shapes.learnteachexplore.com (the "Website") and our products web located at schools.learnteachexplore.com and our mobile applications (our "Service").

A note about Student Data. Our Service may be used by students, teachers and other school personnel (collectively referred as "Schools") in a classroom setting. We commit to protect the privacy of Student Data.

Information collected

A. Personally Identifiable Information

No Personally Identifiable Information is collected in order to access, or during the use of the Service. We do not send marketing communications to the Users as a result of their use of the Service because the Service does not collect Personally Identifiable Information that we could use to contact the user.

Users of our Website may provide us with Personally Identifiable Information in several ways, including but not limited to: using contact or order forms; information submitted to us via email; information you input into any open text box or search box, including search terms, comments, and other miscellaneous information; and any other information you actively enter into the Website.

B. Usage Data

The personal data are accessed by authorised employees of LTE only, unless the User has consented to the public disclosure of their indicated data.

Children’s Privacy, School Users and Student Records

Our Service is designed for use by children and teachers. We share your concern for the privacy of children and do not collect any personally identifiable information about our Users through our Service. We do not access or collect any information about children’s education records through our Service. Because no Personally Identifiable Information is tracked, collected, identified, stored, or transmitted, our Service is FERPA and COPPA compliant. ad-free and never includes any in-app purchases.
